I am thrilled to be a part of this!
New performance collaborations made by pairs of visiting Japanese poets and London based writers are premiered in a unique night of literature, celebrating what is possible for contemporary poetry.
Supported by The Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation, Daiwa Foundation, National Centre for Writing, Writers Kingston at Kingston University and Glasgow University.

Working together in late 2021, with the guidance and mentorship of writers Des Dillon, Karen Campbell and Karl Drinkwater, I was one of five emerging writers selected to participate in this exciting public art installation organised by The Stove in Dumfries & Galloway. Together with Davey Payne, Jasmine McMillan, Cameron Philips and Kris Haddow, we each crafted individual audio tales, spanning time and place. The evening will feature a presentation of the works alongside previews of the audio pieces designed by sound artist John Dinning.
